Dr. Rick Sturdivant is a recognized expert in phased arrays, transmit/receive modules, and microwave electronic packaging. He is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at MPT, Inc which specializes in the development of phased array systems. Prior to MPT, he worked for Raytheon Corporation and Multilink and has started several successful technology companies. He is the author of multiple books and over 50 articles. His latest book is Systems Engineering of Phased Arrays (Artech House, 2018) and he holds 7 U.S. patents. He earned a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University.
