Anil Pandey is the principal R&D engineer at Keysight Technologies. He earned his Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree in RF microwave engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Before joining Agilent Technologies, he was a research scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) at the Space Applications Center (SAC), Ahmedabad. He has designed and developed several microstrip and printed antennas for next-generation communication systems. His current research areas of interest include phased array antennas, metamaterial-based antennas, 5G communication antennas, remote sensing antenna arrays, multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) antennas, switched multibeam antenna arrays, reconfigurable antennas using EBG and FSS structures, automotive and ultrawideband antennas for wireless communications systems. He is author of technical book “Practical Microstrip and Printed Antenna Design” published by Artech House.
