FOR ALL APRIL 24 PCB/Interconnect/EMC-EMI TALKS

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

  • Completed Intake Form for an April 24 talk/sponsorship (Featured Talk, Keynote, Track Sponsor, Technical Session & Workshop) and materials to build your talk are due by February 15, 2024
  • Final presentation materials due by April 12, 2024.
  • Reminders:
    • All talks must be pre-recorded and submitted in MP4 format.
    • All Technical Session and Keynote talks are required to use the EDI CON 2024 PowerPoint template. At a minimum, workshops and featured talks need to use the first and last slide of the 2024 PowerPoint template.
    • Plan on a 20-minute talk if opted in for live Q&A. If opt for no Q&A, plan on a 25-minute talk.
    • Submit a deck with 20-25 slides maximum, no embedded videos, slides must be in 16:9 aspect ratio.
    • Prepare 3 seed questions for the Q&A (if applicable) and submit them with your final materials.

FOR ALL MAY 22 5G-6G/Wi-Fi/IoT TALKS

  • Final presentation materials due by April 29, 2024.

PRESENTATION TIPS

  • Use a reliable internet connection
  • Review the EDI CON presenter audio/video checklist
  • Speak slowly, clearly and loud enough for everyone to hear
  • Show enthusiasm and don’t speak in a monotone voice
  • Practice and rehearse your presentation
  • Keep slides clean and free of too much text
  • Present one idea per slide
  • Only use colors that can be easily viewed
  • Don’t present a product pitch
